The MoonPack™ that you buy will state the single blockchain that your NFT belongs to on the front of the trading card (e.g. submit a redeem request using an "Ethereum Mainnet" wallet if your NFT is on the "Ethereum Blockchain"). 

The QR code on the back of each MoonPack™ takes you to the NFT Collection's landing page on OpenSea, where you can easily search your NFT's ID number and find the owner or any rare traits that it possesses.

No, we cover the gas fees associated with redeeming free-of-charge.

For Ethereum NFTs, your NFT will be sent to you between 1am and 4am EST. If it's any other NFT, it will be sent much quicker. All NFTs will be sent to you in under 24 hours.

Unfortunately, no. All transactions on the blockchain are final and your NFT can be lost if it's sent to a crypto wallet on the incorrect blockchain or wrong person, so please watch our tutorial on the Redeem Page closely.
