Refundable Purchases

We allow return-and-refund requests up to 30 days after the products have been delivered. Additionally, if a request is made, we will replace any MoonPacks™ that lose their redeemability within 60 days of their delivery with an NFT collection of equal or lesser value. Return-and-refund requests can be made on our contact form. Orders that are in sellable, partially sellable, or unsellable condition is determined at our sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Purchases

Our 30-day and 60-day protections only apply to customers through online or wholesale transactions and is not applicable to transactions conducted through a retailer (for more information, see our Terms & Conditions).
